Everything riders ask us
How much deposit is required?
A refundable security deposit is collected at handover and returned at the end of your rental, subject to vehicle condition. The exact amount depends on your city and plan — our team confirms it before you sign up.
What documents do I need?
A valid Driving Licence and Aadhaar card. Keep digital copies ready — verification takes a few minutes and most riders in live cities are approved the same day.
What is the range on a full charge?
Our EV scooters deliver a real-world range of roughly 70–110 km per charge, comfortably covering a full delivery shift. Battery-swap options are available in select zones.
What's included in the rental?
Zero fuel cost, routine maintenance, roadside support and insurance options are included. You ride; we keep the vehicle running.
Can I cancel anytime?
Daily and weekly plans are fully flexible with no lock-in — just return the vehicle at the end of your term. Monthly plans follow the term agreed at signup.
